TFG COMMUNITY FOOTBALL PROGRAMME
​
Our Not for profit Community Football Programme is open to all players (boys and girls ages 5 to 12)
​
Our unique community programme aims to develop players technical, psychological, physical and social skills with a positive learning environment.
​
Each block there will be a fixture week against similar programmes
​
We have a maximum of 30 spaces at each venue on this not for profit scheme.
(All funds go to venue fees, coaches costs and investing in equipment for the programme).
​
Kits are not included but can be purchased here directly from the supplier, we do request you purchase a green training t-shirt as part of being part of the programme

Player Success Stories
Since we began in 2013 we have had many success stories, the main achievement being each player developing their football ability and enjoyment of the game
​
We have strong links with local Professional Clubs and have seen the following during this time
- 1 player signed by Northampon Town FC
- 3 player's joining the elite squad at Tottenham FC
- 2 player's trial with Watford FC
- 5 player's training with Leicester City FC elite squad
- 4 Player's signed by MK Dons FC
​
When is training?
Our 'Community Football Programme' season will run throughout the school year term time only, open to all players ages 5 to 12 and can be booked online.
​
Training Groups
​
We have age appropriate training groups based on the ages of the players that sign up each term
​
​
Greater Player attention
​
We work to a strict coach:player ratio in each group allowing a higher level of player attention from our qualified FA coaches.
​
Do we play matches?
​
Yes each block will have a 'fixture week' where matches will be played
​
Measuring & rewarding progress
At the end of each block of of training players will receive a progress report
based on a age-appropriate '4-corner model'.
​
This unique age-appropriate progress report identifies to each player the levels they are achieving and how they can improve; and most importantly highlights the progress they are making.
​
At the end of each block all Player's receive a prize.

Experienced FA level 2 Coaches we will deliver this innovative programme of football.

WOW moments! The end result of our training is that all players develop the techniques, skills and confidence to produce ‘WOW moments’.
